Dr. Durrance has worked at MSPH for around 30 years.
He earned his doctorate at Colorado State University Veterinary School and has loved his career working with pets!
He is an avid lover of rock music and enjoys Marvel movies!
Julie is our registered vet tech (RVT). She also has a VTS in dentistry!
She has spent many years dedicating her time to our MSPH clients and patients.
In her personal life, she likes to spend time with her horses and 4 dogs!
Lauren has dedicated multiple years to MSPH. She is currently going to school to become a Vet Technician!
Tori is our newest addition to the team! She is currently going to school to become a vet technician!
Our clinic is a pillar of the Mountain Shadows community. We have proudly served as a privately owned, small business, caring for many pets and people since 1995. Mountain Shadows Pet Hospital (MSPH) was founded by Dr. Tony Woodward, an accomplished veterinarian now working in Animal Dental Care. Dr. Woodward oversaw the beginnings of Mountain Shadows Pet Hospital, even the creation of the building itself! After years of practicing at MSPH, Dr. Woodward passed ownership onto Dr. Stephen Durrance, our current owner and practicing vet!
Dr. Durrance is a dedicated veterinarian with a deep love for animals. He has been in the field for over 30 years and has loved it since the beginning!

These paintings are an icon of our business. Dating back to the original foundation of the building, these pictures were crafted by a friend of Dr. Woodward's. They depict fun scenes of children playing and animals lounging around the clinic. The children shown are based on Dr. Woodward's own family! The artwork brightens up our clinic and we invite you to check them out yourself!
