    According to Colorado laws, all dogs and cats above the age of 4 months are required to have a current registered rabies vaccination. The first rabies (RV) vaccine is considered valid for one year. If the following rabies vaccination is given before or on the annual due date of the previously administered rabies vaccine, it will be valid for three years. For those given after this due date, the vaccine will be valid for one year only.

    Remember those rabies due dates! You'll save yourself time , money, and spare your pet from another shot!

  • To get a prescription refilled you can give us a call! We will put in your request and inform you as soon as it is approved and ready for pick up. For those medications we do not keep in our pharmacy, an order is placed to have any items shipped directly to our clinic for your convenience.

    If you prefer not to get medicine directly from us, you can alternatively request a written prescription which can be filled at any pharmacy that carries your medication.

    Chronic medication use requires current labwork and doctor-patient relationship. If you have questions regarding this, call us to get more information.

  • Generally, a senior pet is a cat or dog over the age of about 7 years old. However, for larger dogs, this qualification is closer to 6 years old.

    If you have a pet over the age of 6-7, consider asking about special diets and lifestyle changes to help your pet stay healthy as they transition into a new phase of life.
